If the trainees are in a national remuneration body, they will continue to develop and follow the individual travel for that pay item, in accordance with the framework agreement. Where apprentices receive a percentage from a national remuneration body (as defined in Annex 21), their salary increases proportionately according to that point of remuneration. If apprentices are subject to local agreements outside the NHS Terms of Sale, the NHS Staff Council advises that nationally agreed wage increases apply to these local agreements (e.g. B the percentage wage increases mentioned in the framework agreement, which apply to employees at the head of any band in the wage band). . . .
